Frameworks
Foundations of interaction design

Frameworks was our theoretical course in winter term on interaction design, taught by Gillian Crampton Smith.

During 8 weeks we covered following topics:
1. firmness, commodity and delight
2. just enough prototyping: modelling and prototyping
3. through the keyhole: mental models
4. tools for thought: representation 1
5. tools for thought: representation 2

The final deliverables of the course were a handbook consisting of notes taken, homeworks and readings done during 8 weeks, and a final essay on one of the topics covered in class. I have done research and written my essay on metaphors mainly focusing on desktop metaphor and new interpretations of data organization.
